Recruitment Services

Contract Recruitment
GMI has one of the highest CV to placement ratios in the industry - for every three CVs sent to a client, two candidates will be seen and one will be placed. We work closely with clients to discuss and agree their requirements before identifying suitable individuals through database search or headhunt. We interview, or act as advisors at client interviews, then conduct technical vetting if required. All submissions contain succinct candidate profiles and CV summaries. For an easy, efficient transition, induction packs can be produced if required.

Permanent Recruitment

Headhunting

We discuss the job description and personal profile in depth, offering advice based on our past experience and research. Through an extensive process of networking an initial short list of appropriate candidates will be submitted.

Following client appraisal, the most suitable candidates will be invited to discuss the opportunity in full, enabling us to build up a detailed profile to include full history and remuneration, together with personality, aspirations and motivation. We will then submit a full report, including our own conclusions and recommendations, from which a selection can be made for formal interview.
